Lead Installation Technician

Job details:

• Technical lead of installation crew and assist team with mechanical & technical trouble shooting
• Deliver professional service and maintain a good relationship with customers
• Supervise a crew of 4-8 technicians on project site
• Act as a mentor for junior and intermediate technicians
• Responsible for quality of workmanship, health and safety compliance, on-time job completion and customer satisfaction
• Support after hours on-call for emergency service calls (evenings/weekends) on a rotation with other leads
• Overnight travel may be required
• On the job tooling, company vehicle and required certifications provided by Clark

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in technical assembly and installation of equipment in an agriculture setting
• Knowledge of poultry and egg production systems is an asset
• Proven leadership and supervisory experience with an on-site team
• Innovative thinking, problem solving skills and a good attitude
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Due to biosecurity reasons you cannot be considered for this position if you reside in a residence with backyard flocks, exotic birds or poultry barns
