With 37 years of experience in the automotive industry, this role is supported by a well-rounded background spanning Parts, Service, Sales, and Fixed Operations Management. Known for customer-focused leadership, operational efficiency, and strong team collaboration, the focus has always been on creating a seamless experience for both customers and internal teams.

Expertise includes customer service, inventory control, workflow optimization, staff training, and process improvement, supported by a degree in Supply Chain and Logistics. Joining Clark Ag Systems in November 2025, this experience translates naturally into the Sales Support role, where accuracy, responsiveness, and clear communication are key to supporting the sales team and delivering exceptional customer service.

Outside of work, time is enjoyed as a parent of two and grandparent to one grandson. Personal interests include interior decorating and design, classic cars, and creative pursuits such as painting, drawing, and crafting—all reflecting a strong attention to detail and an appreciation for both form and function.
