Derek Bravo

Operations Manager

Derek has spent most of his life living in the Dundas area, and has been with Clark AG systems since 2024, where he brings a strong background in operational leadership.

He holds an Advanced Diploma in Sustainable Technologies from Humber College and is a Six Sigma Green Belt, equipping him with a data-driven, efficiency-focused approach to operations.

Prior to joining Clark AG Systems, Derek held Plant Manager roles across diverse manufacturing environments, such as indoor plant production and paper manufacturing. This broad experience allows him to apply best practices from multiple industries to improve processes, reliability, and performance. With a focus on continuous improvement and practical solutions, Derek plays a key role in supporting operational excellence at Clark AG Systems.

Outside of Work, Derek likes to spend time with his wife and son, as well as spend time with friends.
