Ron Shoup

Vice President of Farm Operations

Ron Shoup joined The Clark Companies in 1977, beginning his career in the service department at Clark Ag Systems. By working his way up through working in the farms, service and sales, he eventually managed Martindale Hatchery.

With his wealth of farming knowledge, Ron transitioned to managing Clark Poultry Farms and Clark Farming and eventually moved into his current responsibility as Vice President of Farm Operations. This hands-on role in the poultry and cash crop companies includes Clark Farming, Clark Poultry Farms and Clark Egg Farms.

Ron has been married for 35 years to his wife Linda and has two daughters.
